MycoZen was born in Quebec, from a simple sense of wonder:
a walk in the forest, surrounded by mosses, ancient tree stumps and an abundance of wild mushrooms.

This encounter planted a seed:

Little by little, with a lot of curiosity, testing, failures and successes, MycoZen has become an artisanal mushroom farm where each product is made with care, rigor and heart.
